The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2006. It will be held atparole of Danny Morrison, #141361, to consider the possible  9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility (JCF) , 3500 N. Elm Road, Jackson, MI  49201.
 
Danny Morrison is serving sentences for Assault to Murder and Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on March 31, 1978 from Wayne County.
 

John S. Rubitschun, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234(6).

Under the Lifer Law, those serving life sentences for a crime committed prior to Oct. 1, 1992, other than first-degree murder or certain drug law cases, must serve ten calendar years before the parole board can obtain jurisdiction.
