The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 It will be held atparole of James Percy, #146212., to consider the possible  10:30 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility (JCF) , 3500 N. Elm Road, Jackson, MI  49201.
 
James Percy is serving a sentence for Armed Robbery. He was sentenced on July 30, 1976 from Wayne County.
 

John S. Rubitschun, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234(6).

Under the Lifer Law, those serving life sentences for a crime committed prior to Oct. 1, 1992, other than first-degree murder or certain drug law cases, must serve ten calendar years before the parole board can obtain jurisdiction.
