The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
Kinnari Sutariya is serving a Life sentence for Murder 2nd Degree. She was sentenced on July 20, 2000 from Wayne County.

The Northern Region John Davids Recruit Academy Class graduation took place on Nov. 20 at Lake Superior State University and recognized 48 new officers.
