The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 29, 2007, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for John W. Ulmer, #126167. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
John W. Ulmer is serving a Life sentence for Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on October 26, 1973 from Whashtenaw County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
