The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 11, 2007, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for James Harold Elkins, #112350. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson, Michigan.
James Harold Elkins is serving a 25y - 80y sentence for Aslt. to Murder. He was sentenced on March 20, 1986 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
