Doreen Geraldine Washington is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. She was sentenced on August 23, 1988 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
