Leon Robert Paulson is serving a 1y 4m - 4y sentence for Larceny in a Building and a 1y 11 m - 14y sentence for Uttering & Publishing. He was sentenced on October 24, 2003 from Ottawa County. Leon Robert Paulson is also serving a 4y 9m - 10y sentence for 3rd UDAA. He was sentenced on May 14, 2004 from Montcalm County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
