The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 17, 2008, to consider the possible parole of Phillip Lee Lippert, #128058. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Phillip Lee Lippert is serving a Life sentence for Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on January 26, 1971 from Gratiot County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
