The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 22, 2008, to consider the possible parole of Raymond Shepherd #148754. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, Michigan.
Raymond Shepherd is serving a Life sentence for Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on March 18, 1977 from Wayne County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
