Phillip Delano Fowler was sentenced onJune 19, 1985 from Midland County to 25y-40y for the crime of 4th Possession of a Short Barreled Shotgun.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
