The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Dewey Miller, #597382. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson, Michigan.
Dewey Miller is serving a 6y 3m - 30y sentence for the crime of 2nd Home Invasion 1st Degree.He was sentenced on June 5, 2006 from Genesee County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
