The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 2, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Maria Martinez, #461000. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Maria Martinez was sentenced to 20y - 40y for the crime of Possession with Intent to Deliver over 650 Grams of Cocaine. She was sentenced on June 23, 2003 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
