The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 4, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for James E. Connelly, #102416. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
James E. Connelly was sentenced on May 29, 1992 from Genesee County to a term of 20y - 30y for the crime of 4th Breaking and Entering and to a term of 10y - 15y for the crime of 4th Possession of Burglar Tools. He was sentenced on December 17, 1992 from Genesee County to a term of 6y - 15y for the crime of Unarmed Robbery.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
