The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 9, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Edward Green, #150857. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson, Michigan.
Edward Green is serving a 4y - 20y sentence for the crime of Extortion. He was sentenced on February 11, 2008 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
