The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Charles Mack Young, #119793. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Hospital (DWH) - (Limited Seating Available) 3857 Cooper Street, Jackson, MI 49201.
Charles Mack Young is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on October 22, 1976 from Washtenaw County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
