The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 16, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Adolfo E. Tavira, #507197. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Adolfo E. Tavira was sentenced on September 2, 2004 from Genesee County to a term of 10y 6m - 30y for the crime of Delivery of 50-449 Grams of Cocaine and to a term of 10y 6m - 20y for the crime of Delivery of 450-999 Grams of Cocaine.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
