The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 6, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Mark Alan Erickson, #238253. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Mark Alan Erickson is serving a 15y 9m - 50y sentence for the crime of 3rd Armed Robbery. He was sentenced on April 1, 2002 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
