The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 23, 2008, to consider the possible parole of Daryl Edward Smith, #205522. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Daryl Edward Smith is serving a Life sentence for Possession of Cocaine over 650 Grams. He was sentenced on November 28, 1989 from Wayne County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
