The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Vairley Etta Dunlap, #197170. It will be held at 11:00 a.m.at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Vairley Etta Dunlap was sentenced on April 26, 1991 from Wayne County to Life (2 counts) for the crime of Conspiracy to Commit Murder 1st Degree; and 50y - 100y (2 counts) for the crime of Solicit to Murder 1st Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
