A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Aaron Arthur Cadorette

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday January 21, 2009 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Aaron Arthur Cadorette. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Michigan Department of Corrections, Grandview Plaza, 206 East Michigan Avenue, 4th Floor Conference Room, Lansing.
Aaron Arthur Cadorette was sentenced to 30 days jail, two years probation and a fine of $896 for Larceny over $100. He was sentenced on April 4, 1993, from Arenac County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
