The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Nancy M. Martin, #174776. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Nancy M. Martin was sentenced on January 18, 1984 from Muskegon County to a term of Life (2 Counts) for the crime of Murder 1st Degree (2 Counts).
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
