The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Brady Lee Williams, #137347. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Brady Lee Williams was sentenced on June 24, 1997 and June 29, 2006 from Saginaw County to a term of 6y-15y for the crime of 4th Possession of Narcotic Under 25 Grams, to a term of 1y7m-15y for the crime of 4th Witnesses-Bribing/Intimidation/Interfering, to the term of 2y-2y for the crime of Felony Firearm, to a term of 1y7m-10y for the crime of 4th Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and to a term of 1y7m-15y for the crime of 4th Discharge of Firearm towards a Building.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
