The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 29, 2009 , to consider the possible medical commutation of sentence for Thomas Lee Ross #114722. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center (DWH), 3857 Cooper Street, Jackson, Michigan.
Thomas Lee Ross was sentenced on June 21, 1974 from Washtenaw County to a term of Life for the crime of Robbery Armed.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
