The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 19, 2009 , to consider the possible medical commutation of sentence for Eugene Glaric Boyce #113398. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center (DWH), 3857 Cooper Street, Jackson, Michigan.
Eugene Glaric Boyce was sentenced on December 17, 1993 from Wayne County to a term of 2y-2y for the crime of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, to a term of 20y-40y for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
