The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Kim Donald McNier #139682. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Kim Donald McNier is serving a 2y - 2y sentence for the crime of Felony Firearms, a Life sentence for the crime of Armed Robbery (Habitual 4th), and a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery(Habitual 4th). He was sentenced on October 8, 1987 from Midland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
