The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Linda Rose Hamilton, #157537. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Linda Rose Hamilton was sentenced on June 28, 1979 from Oakland County to Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. She was also sentenced on March 27, 1998 from Branch County to a term of 9m - 2y for the crime of Attempted Larceny in a Building.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
