The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Zef Lulgjura, #150247. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Zef Lulgjura was sentenced on June 22, 1977 from Wayne County to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree and to a term of Life for the crime of Assault with Intent to Commit Murder.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
