The public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Michael Moran, #196974, at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Michael Moran was sentenced on October 27, 1994 from Wayne County to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
