The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 , to consider the possible parole of Ray H. Spafford, #102074. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center (DWH), Jackson, Michigan.
Ray H. Spafford was sentenced on June 18, 1976, from Jackson County to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
