The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 15, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Paul Allen Dye, #173569. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Paul Allen Dye was sentenced on October 12, 1990 from Wayne County to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree and to a term of 23y-40y for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
