The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Phillip Wayne Berryman, #107202. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Phillip Wayne Berryman was sentenced on February 24, 1977, from Wayne County to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
