The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Charles Mason Ewing, #124841. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Charles Mason Ewing was sentenced to Life on April 28, 1977 from Jackson County for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was also sentenced to Life on October 12, 1978 from Genesee County for the crime of Robbery Armed.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
