The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 22, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Matthew Johnson, #143228. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Matthew Johnson is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on November 4, 1975 from Grand Traverse County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
