The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Patrick Michael Donovan, #138061. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Patrick Michael Donovan was sentenced on July 16, 1986, from Ingham County to a term of 50y-75y for the crime of Assault With Intent to Commit Murder.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
