The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Timothy Kight, #146482. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Timothy Kight is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on August 17, 1976 from Oakland County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
