The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Robert Avery, #157118. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Robert Avery is serving a 15y-30y sentence for the crime of Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on May 11, 2000 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
