The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Rodney Little, #181478. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Rodney Little is serving a term of 4y-15y for the crime of Robbery Armed and a term of 4y-15y for the crime of Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on November 4, 1985 from Wayne County. He is also serving a term of 25y-50y for the crime of Bank Robbery, Habitual 2nd and a term of 2y-2y for the crime of Felony Firearm. He was sentenced on July 24, 1989 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
