The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 14, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Luis Montealban, #390508. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Luis Montealban is serving a 10y-50y sentence for the crime of Conspiracy Possession with Intent to Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on January 8, 2002 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
