The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 14, 2009 to consider the possible parole of James Dunn, #157723. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
James Dunn is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on May 2, 1979 from Macomb County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
