The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Aram Diaz-Raucho, #512038. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Aram Diaz-Raucho is serving a term of 6y-30y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of 450-999 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on November 29, 2004 from Macomb County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
