The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Domingo Sierra, #290160. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Domingo Sierra is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of 650 Grams or More of Cocaine. He was sentenced on June 23, 1999 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
