The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for James Watroba, #126629. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
James Watroba was sentenced to 6y6m-20y on May 19, 2004 from Wayne County for the crime of Home Invasion 1st Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
