The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of William P. Henson, #220587. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
William P. Henson is serving a term of 20y-30y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of 225-649 Grams of Cocaine and a term of 10y-30y for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver 225-649 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on November 13, 1991 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
