The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 15, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Terry D. Pack, #238456. It will be at 1:00 p.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Terry D. Pack is serving a term of 2y-2y for the crime of Felony Firearm, a term of 7y-30y for the crime of Delivery and Manufacture of 225-649 Grams of Cocaine; a term of 5y-20y for the crime of Delivery and Manufacture of 50-224 Grams of Cocaine, a term of 5y-20y for the crime of Delivery and Manufacture of 50-224 Grams of Cocaine, and to a term of 1y-20y for the crime of Delivery and Manufacture of under 50 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on February 18, 1998 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
