The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Reynaldo Delafe, #230557. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Reynaldo Delafe is serving a term of Life for the crime of Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on April 1, 1993 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
