The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Tony M. Ealy, #243454. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Tony M. Ealy is serving a 20y-30 sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of 225-649 Grams of Cocaine, a 10y-20y sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of 50-224 Grams of Cocaine, a 1y-20y sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine, a 1y-20y sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine, and a 1y-20y sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on May 11, 1995 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
