The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 29, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Michael Johnson, #157622. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Michael Johnson is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on April 27, 1979 from Kent County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
