The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 5, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Jose Perez, #200755. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Jose Perez is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on May 1, 1989 from Ottawa County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
