The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 9, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Loren Regelin, #191220. It will be at 1:00 p.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Loren Regelin is serving a term of Life for the crime of Conspiracy to Manufacture and Deliver 225-650 Grams of Cocaine - 2nd Offense. He was sentenced on May 16, 1997 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
