The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 19, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Kenneth Brown, #129422. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Kenneth Brown is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on May 27, 1971 from Jackson County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
